Your skin is a major part of your overall appearance and directly affects your self-perception and confidence. What shows on the outside is a direct reflection of the whole self. Taking care of your whole self and skin in particular, has been a passion and profession of mine for 30 years. Good health is a process that includes daily care, nutrition, exercise, rest, and spirit.
